4.1 The reason for holding a closed session is for the purpose of obtaining authorization and direction from the City Council to its designated negotiator regarding the possible purchase of the following property: Property: 38580 9th Street East (APN 3008-039-022) Property Owner: VP Family Properties, LLC City Negotiator: Anne Ambrose, Director of Administrative Services Trish Jones, Community Programs Manager This Closed Session is being held pursuant to the authority of California Government Code Section 54956.8. Closed session is recommended because the Council will be instructing the negotiators regarding terms and conditions, including price, for the possible acquisition of the real property identified above.
